Two lines of research have been developed at CRISP in the last few years. One refers to the socio-economic analysis of welfare services and human capital; the other develops innovative themes related to the use of technologies (web 2.0) in the realm of public sector services. The Centre participates actively international research networks, like RESER (the European Association for Research on Services), and EUWIN, the European Workplace Innovation Network.

CRISP offers a range of post-graduate training on this topic, which includes the Master in Business Intelligence and big data analytics, a series of BI Seminars, the Master’s degree in Management of human capital development.
